Three-Business Day Cancellation:  If for any reason you are unable to enter, all monies paid will be refunded if requested within three (3) business days after signing an enrollment agreement and making an initial payment.

 

Cancellation after the Three-Business Day Cancellation Period But Before Commencement of Classes By the Student:  Full refund of prepaid fees if cancellation occurs before commencement of class attendance.

 

AFTER COMMENCEMENT OF CLASSES, THE  REFUND POLICY SHALL BE:

 

The payment of fees will be on a month-to-month basis with the monthly fee due on the 1st day of each calendar month.  Attendance in any part of a calendar month will result in fees being owed and retained for that month.  This contract may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice of intent to withdraw.  The monthly fee will be refunded as follows:

 

1.   If a student withdraws during the first week of a calendar month, the Institution shall refund 75% of that month's fee;

2.   If the student withdraws during the second week of a calendar month, the Institution shall refund 50% of that month's fee;

3.   If the student withdraws during the third week of a calendar month, the Institution shall refund 25% of that month's fee;

4.   At any point after the 21st day of a calendar month, the Institution shall retain the full fee for that calendar month.
